CALL & TALK offers a 24-month warranty on all its products.

The warranty covers repair or replacement for damage or defects in the devices that are due to manufacturing faults or defects.

This warranty does not apply to malfunctions, defects or other damage caused by:

a) Failure caused by negligence

b) misuse or abnormal usage

c) wear and tear due to normal use of the product

d) Reasons not attributable to the product and derived from non-compliance with the recommendations provided in the instruction manual.

Shipping costs are included during the warranty period.

Beyond the 24-month warranty period, the cost of repairing the equipment will be borne by the customer, in accordance with current rates.

For any repair request, a quotation will be sent to the customer for approval.

Shipping costs outside the warranty period are to be paid by the customer.
