ACCESSIBLE AUDIO GUIDES FOR BLIND AND DEAF USERS.
AUDIODESCRIPTIONS AND SIGN LANGUAGE GUIDES

Audioguides Bluehertz creates audioguides and specific narrations for blind people (audio description) according to the UNE 153020 standard. During the process of creating an audio description, the tour and contents of the audio guide are developed by specialized personnel. In order to create an accessible audio guide, it is necessary to carry out a prior study of the material on display and its environment, in order to plan and develop a visit adapted for the visually impaired.

For the hearing impaired, Audioguides Bluehertz creates visual guides (signoguides) produced by an interpreter in Sign Language. The interpreter communicates in sign language and subtitles appear on the screen, conveying the same information that visitors receive with a standard audio guide. In order to create the sign language audio guide, it is necessary to plan and develop a visit adapted to the hearing impaired.
