AUDIO GUIDES FOR BLIND AND DEAF USERS. AUDIO DESCRIPTIONS AND SIGN LANGUAGE GUIDES

Bluehertz Audio guides creates scripts with descriptive content according to UNE 153020 for blind visitors. During the process of creating a descriptive audioguide script, the tour description and contents are developed by qualified staff, in collaboration with the ONCE Foundation. The creation of the audio description requires a previous study of the items exposed and their environment, in order to plan and design a suitable visit.

For deaf visitors, Bluehertz Audio guides makes audiovisual guides performed by sign language interpreters. By way of a sign language interpreter on the screen, together with subtitles, a deaf person using the audiovisual guide is able to receive the same information that hearing visitors receive with the regular audio guide. The creation of a sign language guide requires a previous study of the items exposed and their environment, in order to plan and design a suitable visit.
